Statement - Because of our background and expertise in electrical and mechanical repairs and installations within Domestic and Commercial premises we are continuing to offer Electrical installations and testing, Appliance repairs and servicing, and specialist installations. Don't worry....we are not into the modern throw it away society....we try to keep machines working for as long as possible - we specialise in the older appliances! We repair and service most types and makes of domestic appliances We offer an in-house service (although some repairs may require a visit to our workshop). Vacuum cleaners are taken back to the workshop and most are returned within 48hrs - subject to availability of spares. (Receipts are given for all appliances that are taken back with us) We have no hidden costs - everything is explained and agreed before repair is undertaken and there is no gobbledegook to confuse you into paying out unnecessarily! All repairs are guaranteed. Portable appliances are rigorously tested for electrical safety and are certificated. We also offer a PAT testing service

If for any reason (other than financial or customer decision) we cannot repair the appliance there will be No Fee If the appliance is deemed to be beyond economic repair there will be a set write - off fee (a small amount to cover costs) Should the customer decide not to have the appliance repaired for any reason the above set fee will apply - this will be decided before starting any repair / servicing.
