The Boat and Tool Shack is
primarily a Domestic and Marine electrical engineering and installations company. Set up to repair Domestic and electrical appliances in the home and aboard your boat, undertake Marine and Domestic electrical installations including Testing and inspection, and to carry out equipment installations. We can install, fault find, and repair electrical systems and equipment for pleasure and trailer craft, we also design and build products for boat and marine installations. 'The Boat and Tool Shack' is certified by and a member of The American Boat and Yacht Council

We are lucky to be situated close to Cobbs Quay in Poole, Dorset - an area of outstanding natural beauty. We formed 'The Boat and Tool Shack' because of our love of boats and all things nautical. We specialise mainly in electrical and equipment installations including fault finding and in bespoke projects, we also design and build various products and systems for our bespoke and installations market. Check our Products section for more details. Although we are a small company, our passion for the industry we are in has taken us to Mexico, USA, and Europe. Because of our background and expertise in electrical and mechanical repairs and installations within Domestic and Commercial premises we are continuing to offer Electrical installations and testing, Appliance repairs and servicing, and specialist installations. Our aim is to be competitive in our charges but second to none in our service. With a personal yet professional approach to everything we offer, we will always be looking for ways to improve.
